Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product please let us know by email or phone 0719165690. If your items are found to be faulty or not as described on our website on delivery please inform to our delivery driver. Alternatively give us a call and we will arrange pick up of the faulty item and we will replace the item. Faults should be reported within a 3 day period of your delivery or collection date.

If you are unsure about a purchase or change your mind a store credit will be issued against any  orders returned within 7 days.  Small goods need to be in their original packaging and in perfect condition for return. In the case of larger items a 20% restocking fee will be applied. For special order items and bespoke orders, cancellation of these orders is not an option.  Please note mattresses once opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Floor model/display models and sold as seen items, refunds will not be issued on these goods. 

Keith Taylor Furniture will provide all customers with measurements, however it’s the customer responsibility to ensure the goods will fit in the intended space. In the instance where a product is custom ordered, Keith Taylor Furniture will not accept return unless there is a genuine fault.
